What we collect

When you create an account: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number and a password (stored only as a scrambled code, never readable). When you send a pre-alert: the tracking number, the store, what’s inside, what you paid, and the invoice or receipt you upload. When you ask a question: your message.

Why

To get your packages from the US warehouse to you: to match packages to you, to declare them correctly to Jamaica Customs, to answer your questions and to tell you when a package is ready.

Who sees it

You and JRC staff. JRC enters package details in the system its US warehouse partner uses, and customs declarations go to Jamaica Customs. We don’t sell your information or use it for advertising.

Files

Invoices you upload are stored privately. Only you and JRC staff can open them, through your account.

Cookies

The website uses one cookie to keep you logged in. No advertising or tracking cookies.

To correct your details or ask about your information, send JRC a message from your account or on Instagram.
