Your address

Use the air or sea address exactly as shown on the shipping addresses page, with your full name in the first-name box and the JRC identifier in the last-name box. Packages without the right identifier may not be forwarded, and sea packages without it may go by air with extra charges that can’t be refunded.

Pre-alerts and invoices

Send a pre-alert for every tracking number, with the store’s invoice or receipt. Declare what’s inside and what you paid truthfully: Jamaica Customs requires an accurate declaration and may ask for proof of the price.

Updates

Package updates in your account come from JRC’s warehouse system as it records your package, or from JRC staff, with the date and time of each update. A store’s or carrier’s “delivered” means the package reached the warehouse door, not that the warehouse has recorded it.

Charges

Ask JRC for a quote before you ship (on Instagram). Customs duties and taxes are set by Jamaica Customs and are separate from JRC’s charges.
